About Our Store

Skinmetric is a clean beauty brand operated in the State of Indiana. All products sold through Skinmetric are produced under the COSMOS Natural certification standard by ECOCERT.

Eligibility

By using our store you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the store under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Products and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, prices, and availability at any time without prior notice. We make every effort to display product colors and descriptions accurately but cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colors exactly as they appear on the product.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the product at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through Shopify checkout.

Shipping

Orders are fulfilled and shipped through our manufacturing partner. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details on processing times, delivery estimates, and tracking. Skinmetric is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Returns and Refunds

Because all Skinmetric products are custom manufactured per brand under private label, we are unable to accept returns on standard orders. We will provide a full refund or replacement for items that arrive damaged or faulty. Please see our full Return and Refund Policy for details on how to report a damaged or faulty item.

All content on this website including product descriptions, images, logos, and branding is the property of Skinmetric and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

Skinmetric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
